I think its time to leave dell

Meaning of my title
I bought Dell inspirion 5518 in september 2022,in starting i enjoyed my laptop journey well, but when my warrenty expired, exact that time after my sceen stratred bleeding from corners, even it was increasing, but this is not end,my keyboard keys (zxcv) are stopped working randomly after some time, even i wrote it by using virtual keyboard, this laptop cost me arround 72000 indian rupees and this is not joke for me,laptops are emotions for developers like me,i had other options at same specs when i was buying a laptop, but i chose and trust dell and think that my laptop will work fine for atleast 4 years, but i was wrong.even two years are not completed, and my money that saved from 1 year to buy a bike is sucessfully wasted in this dell laptop.i thought dell sells quality.
Next time i will never choose dell

Screen bleeding is usually caused by damage from being used as a seat etc. The machines need some degree of care as bleeding is caused by pressure on the panel.

Your machine is 11th gen Intel while my Dell is 13th gen so your machine is over two years old

If you're considering leaving Dell, it's understandable if you've had issues with performance or customer service. Many users feel frustrated after facing persistent problems. However, before making a final decision, it might help to explore all available options, including potential solutions for your current device.

My old 8th gen Intel XPS 15 9570 still works

It is just that my Latitude is 13th Gen Intel so its 5 years ahead

My 12 year old Alienware laptop still works. It replaced a 10 year old inspirion that was failing hardware. Bought new Dell G15 5520 in June 2022 so I could run current software and had to have it replaced under warranty (thermal runaway) in December 2022. Fast forward to December 2024 and the replacement is giving me battery related trouble (doesn’t recognize a battery is installed…also had thermal runaway Aug 2024 but I caught it before it ruined anything). Neither G15 ever left the house and very seldom left the desk. The other 2 traveled the world.

I use the Dell Support Assistant which finds drivers and can also check the battery and other hardware for issues
