Inspiron 5584 USB blue screen error
Hi - I’ve finally was able to create a USB recovery disk that got past the black screen dell logo loop (for my 12 mos old 5584)
I had tried Microsoft, Rufus, but AOMEI finally worked for the USB recovery disk...or at least go me past the dell logo black screen loop.
I’ve been on the phone for a few hours with dell tech support and they finally refunded my $90 and told me that can’t do anything and I should go to geeksquad and do a system rebuild.
Here’s my blue screen error message. “Crypto, internal, library error. It just loops and goes back to the same screen.
Anyone have Other suggestions before I give in and be build from scratch? ( no I don’t have a recent backup which is why I want to try and restore)
thanks!

If there are files you need from that hard drive, I would remove the hard drive, and slave it to a working PC using a SATA-to-USB adapter.
Then, I would use a bootable Windows 10 USB flash drive, boot into it, and use it to see if it is possible to repair your Windows 10.

Hi - My SSD is PCIE so I had to order a PCIE/SSD enclosure and I’ll try getting the files off the drive.
I have been getting a different error now with my recovery USB.
”0xc000000 winload.efi file not found or has errors.
when I press each, f8, f10 it just comes back to the same screen. Any idea had to get past this screen to the repair options?
