My laptop frame is popping out/broken for the second time

The frame of my laptop broke last year. I couldn't open my laptop without it coming out entirely. I got it fixed, and it cost a ton. Today, I found out that moving the hinge/lid made a clicking sound, and I found that the frame was coming out slightly again. From my experience last time, I know that closing the lid after work won't do since I will not be able to open it the next day without breaking the screen entirely. Yes, I will be getting it fixed soon, but this repeated issue of the same kind may suggest an error in the model itself. Given the expense of this device, I take much care of it and handle it delicately. If I did mishandle it the first time, I doubt I'd be careless enough to do it again. Please let me know why my device is struck with this same issue twice in a span of a year.

Was the last failure in the right hinge?  If it was, are you right handed and lifting just that side?

@ejn63 I was told that lifting it from the side repeatedly may be the reason the last time it broke, so I made sure not to make the mistake the second time. It still broke again. But it did break at the same spot (right), and I am right-handed, so it may be that it wasn't fixed well.

Well Since you've already noticed clicking and the frame starting to separate, don't keep opening and closing the lid to test it. That's when a relatively small repair can turn into damage to the display cable, bezel, LCD panel, or hinges.
