I'd suggest downloading / installing the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers from your Dell Product Support page.

It sounds really frustrating, but don’t worry — this usually comes down to a driver issue or the wireless card not being detected properly.

A few things you can try:

  1. Check Device Manager
Go to Device Manager → Network adapters.

    • If you don’t see Intel Wireless / Wi-Fi / Bluetooth listed, look under Unknown devices or Other devices.

    • If it’s missing completely, the system might not be detecting the wireless card.

  2. Reinstall Wi-Fi + Bluetooth Drivers
Download the official drivers for the Inspiron 7391 2-in-1 from Dell’s support site (enter your service tag).
    Install:

    • Intel Wireless driver

    • Intel Bluetooth driver

    • Chipset driver (important)

  3. Check in BIOS
Restart → press F2 → look for Wireless settings.
    Make sure Wi-Fi/Wireless is Enabled.

  4. Confirm the Wireless Card Is Not Loose
If the laptop was opened or serviced recently, the internal Wi-Fi card (M.2 module) may be loose or disconnected.

  5. Windows Update
Sometimes Windows 11 removes or replaces drivers incorrectly.
Run Settings → Windows Update → Check for updates after installing Dell drivers.

If none of this brings back Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, there’s a chance the internal wireless card has failed — it does happen. In that case, a cheap USB Wi-Fi + Bluetooth dongle can at least get you connected until the card is replaced.

@M3txnt

I would have never guess no wi-fi card in your computer. Anyway, glad to know your computer is up and running now. Thanks for the update.
