Order number not yet assigned

Question

I have placed an order for laptop on 26th July, still order number is not assigned to it.

Could you please provide some transparency to customer to understand what happens with their order.

Please provide more information about my order.

This is a user to user forum. Contact Dell Order Support. But wait a couple of days--

Dell offices are closed on the weekend and the 26th was a Sunday--yesterday. Be patient. Acknowledgement takes a few days.
