Processor/Motherboard Upgrade

I’m having a old laptop from which I’m emotionally connected, Del Vostro 2520. Which have PGA processor and have Motherboard DV15 MLK, i want to know which is the best PGA processor i can upgrade and whether i have an option to upgrade Motherboard which can be compatible with this laptop?
