Screen replacement Inspiron 14

I have an inspiron 14" 7000 2 in 1  (7415)  with a damaged screen (don’t ask). I’m not sure if I need to replace with the 30 pin connector screen or the 40 pin.

Thanks!

KRCDD is the part number -- it's a 40 pin panel.

Hi @MiguAlvarez If you're in the US, call Dell Spare Parts (phone 1-800-357-3355),  If outside the US, call local Dell Support and ask for Spare Parts. Dell International Support | Dell US

Use the service tag at dell.com/support to look up the system's original configuration -- or disassemble the system and visually check.   Then order the exact same display assembly. There are at least three different screen types for this model series, and the screens are not interchangeable.

Alternatively, try parts-people.com.  They can recommend a screen based on your service tag.

I tryed with the service tag in the dell website like you sugested, and found the exact part number but i still dont know if the screen is 30 or 40 pin. I am now asking in the comunity of parts-people.com to see if someone can help identify this so i can finally order the correct screen replacement.

Part number (i still dont know which of the 3 numbers should i use):
