Showing boot device failed while installing os
Hi,
I have dell inspiron 3583 and recently i have install a ssd and i am trying to install a fresh window installation in ssd. I had made a flash drive using dell os recovery toll. But when i try to do boot using flash drive it is showing device boot failed.
I have already done the mandatory changes in BIOS such as set legacy mode on and secure mode off and PTT also off.
Please help me.

Try using Microsoft's Media Creation Tool to create a bootable USB. Also try a different USB flash drive.

Hi,
Thanks for the solution this worked for me.
But now on restarting system is showing two OS one which was previously installed on hdd and new one on ssd.what should i do now?
and can u please tell how to make ssd main bootable drive?
