still having problem with the dell laptop inspiron 15-3000 touch screen

good day, my name is felix gopie, i sent the laptop 2 times to dell, and it came back worse, under the waranty, now the waranty is expire, for 2 years after i got it back the cursor is going different places, and selecting other programs, the last person i spoke to on the computer they told me to talk to a dell service tech, they can go into the computer with my email and adjust the sharpness of the cursor and tone it down.
