SupportAssist hardware warning

I am an avid tool user.  3-4 times a week I scan for updates and use Support Assist.  Support Assist has recently updates to version: 3.14.0.91.  Since then I am receiving a warning in the hardware tab but everything saps pass in description.

Run the Dell diagnostics outside of Windows.  If an error arises there, you may have an issue (which will return a numeric error code).

If you see no errors there, chalk it up to a false positive from Support Assist.

F12 at powerup will bring up the diagnostic menu.

Please go to the "History" tab, and look for the scan that reported the error.  Then click on that scan and it should open up and show you which component(s) failed the scan.

Good day @AdrianG001

I had included the expanded view of the tab.  There was nothing in the history that had warnings or failed status.

I have been having the same issue. This is such a frustrating situation, I mean for a CPU that nearly cost 3k which I love don't get me wrong but how is dell /Alienware able to make these amazing gaming machines yet cannot get a app like dell support assist to function properly. and this is nothing knew its been going on since i purchased my aurora 16 from dell - i would get "warnings" on the OS and they would have me do it through the advance f12 boot setting which came out all clear/passed and said not to worry about it and eventually maybe a month later OS on windows will not show these warnings anymore....

When running windows os dell support i have been getting for over 2 weeks now "warning" on hardware  - does not even show a code... I mean its ridiculous, and honestly sounds like a scam for people to renew tech support.

And in BIOS everything shows ok - for someone like me that's very OCD with my electronics its such an inconvenience due to the "unknown" (like ok.... is it really ok and the version is acting up....) I mean i hate this and i've even opened up my CPU to inspect if anything is not working - im not a professional but i am a tech junkie and know a few things... At first i thought it may have been something to do with the liquid cooling (but it would have came out in the bios) but even now i run this diagnostics every single day to see if anything changes....

just grossed out with this. you can build controversially some of the best cpus/laptops but cant get ann update to a app - disgusting,

Advanced (BIOS)

Anything change on your end?

This is insane...

@AdrianG001 The problem is that according to the history everything is ok, so the message  ‘Warning’ without any reason is probably just a bug in your program - but a bug that persists for years after all updates.

Looks like I am having the same issue.
Is this confirmed as a bug?

I have one machine report "warning" and another report "fail" but all tests "pass". Both machines run great! Perhaps Dell started using AI and forgot to read the fine print that says: "AI makes mistakes. Check your results." 😮

Still happening. Everything says it passes but the label says Warning. This has been going on for years. Does anyone at Dell actually read this stuff?

Today, for the first time, everything was consistent on my computer after checking the HW in History. Thanks.
