Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Missing on Inspiron 7391 2-in-1 After Windows 11 Update
Hi everyone,
My Dell Inspiron 7391 2-in-1 laptop suddenly has no Wi-Fi or Bluetooth options at all. They don’t appear in Settings, and the toggle is completely missing. I’m running Windows 11, and this issue started recently.
I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps already:
Restarted the system
Updated Windows
Tried reinstalling drivers
Checked Device Manager (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth not visible)
At this point I’m stuck and not sure what else to do.
Any help or guidance would be really appreciated!

Well first Confirm Whether the Wireless Card Is Still Detected by the BIOS or not and Run Dell SupportAssist UEFI Hardware Test.

I refused to "upgrade" to Windows 11 and stayed on Win 10, and this is but one of the many reasons I made that decision. Lately nearly every Windows 11 update Microsoft has put out has caused serious issues, including screwing up networking. So I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't caused by the update. GauravSyst gave you a good answer, first check to see if the wireless card is still detected in the BIOS. If it is, but Windows doesn't detect it, you might try reinstalling the adapter in Windows. If you have a backup or a restore point from before that update was installed, you could also try restoring the computer to the time before the update, then block the update.
