IDPA 4400 Setup

Dear Expert,

I am trying to setup new IDPA 4400, and its connect to switch with 1G and as we know the IDPA ports has 10G and "The ports link speed is Auto Negotiated". I checked the ports from BIOS it show as disconnected. WhatsApp Image 2021-08-01 at 13.02.53.jpeg

I have connect the ports 2,3,8,9 to two switches as installation guides, but its not blinking and when I tried to configure the appliance shows message “No Uplink connectivity detected on mandatory network interface cards (vmnic0 or vmnic7 and vmnic1 or vmnic6

It is because the 10g cannot communicate with 1g? or there is any thing i have do it?

Please review this KB ( you may need to log in to see all the details)
IDPA: PowerProtect DP4400 Initial Network Configuration workflow fails with "Appliance network configuration failed" error | Dell US
 As it may help
There is another resource I would recommend is
Dell EMC SolVe Online | Dell US  this one you will need to sign in/up to use

Normally Dell Professional Services does all needed initial Deployment work, including providing pre-deployment guidance as to the needed network environment etc.

Deployment details, including network details, can be found here (select your IDPA version and then select the Installation Guide):

https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-in/000135863/integrated-data-protection-appliance-idpa-documents

If this is useful please give KUDOS.

thanks
