Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.

If it was purchased from Dell or a source that sells only OEM parts like parts-people.com, it's original.
If it was purchased anywhere else, ask the seller.
