Can not Install windows 10
Dear all
I have a Dell Latitude e5420. It has Windows 7 as OS. I want to install Windows 10 because Microsoft is ending support early next year for Windows 7. I am unable to upgrade OS to Windows 10.
For your perusal, I am giving you the links of the news articles.
Both are very trustworthy news sites.
Please help.

As far as "Upgrading from W7 to W10" there are many videos that show the process.

Why where you unable to upgrade to W10???
If you have your W7 COA you can just do a fresh W10 install.
Then use the W7 COA to activate the new W10 install.
Every Windows product has a lifecycle.
The lifecycle begins when a product is released and ends when it's no longer supported.
