Dell.TechHub.Instrumentation.UserProcess.exe Error
A popup appears in the middle of the screen and cannot go away and is impossible to close. (See screenshot) I suspect it is ransomware or other foul play. Please comment or advise.

@Hello Neighbor I think you should call Dell Technical Support. They must uninstall and reinstall the DELL Support Support Application. After installing the updated application, the error message disappeared.

I am having this same issue, uninstalled and reinstalled, problem came back a few weeks later.
