Difficulty Finding EAN/UPC for Listing a Dell Product on Amazon

Hi All,

I have a Dell product and have successfully located the Service Tag. However, I’m having trouble finding the EAN/UPC number required to list it on Amazon. Since the item is not currently available on Amazon, I'm attempting to create a new ASIN.

When I try to list the product using the Service Tag, it is not being accepted. My understanding is that the Service Tag is the main product identifier, but it seems Amazon is requiring an EAN/UPC as well.

Could you please advise if I’m missing something or if there’s an alternative method to list this product?
