Laptop doesn't charge
I tried rebooting and every solution suggested here I have no other charger to try and can't buy one.
The green light is on and nothing works, usb c also doesn't charge.
I must get it fixed I need it for studying, it's brand new laptop it's shameful charging doesn't work after 2 weeks!

You should have a 30 day return period -- contact Dell to have the system exchanged.
