Latitude 3520, not seeing m.2 SSD in the BIOS Setup
I installed known good m.2 nvme single cut and m.2 SATA but BIOS setup kept notifying me no hard drive installed.

M.2 SATA drives are unsupported by this system.
Try clearing the system (disconnect the battery and AC power and hold the power button for 30 sec). Then reconnect the NVMe drive.
If it's not seen and you know the drive is in working condition, try another one - if it too fails, the M.2 slot is bad and the mainboard will need replacment.
