Latitude 7320 Detachable, battery life

I purchased a Dell 7320 Detachable in 2022.  It is my 6th Dell PC I have bought.  It was supposed to compete with the MS Surface Pro.  All the reviews from PC Mag and others said the Battery lasted them between 9 and 11 hours unplugged web surfing and streaming.  In the last year I don't even get 1 hour without having to plug it in.  After a lengthy conversation with your Tech Dept.  It was brough to my attention the batter was only supposed to last 1hr to 1-1/2 hrs unplugged in service.  This was crazy to me.  I couldn't believe him.  I mean who would make a device that was meant to be portable, only have 1-1/2 hrs of battery life?  It doesn't at all compete with the Surface.  If I'd have known that the battery would only last an hour and a half, I would have never purchased it.  I'm very disappointed to say the least and will probably never buy another Dell product again.

Frustrated,
