Latitude 9450 - Intel AVSTream Camera

We're seeing issues with the Latitude 9450- Windows 10. We know the webcams work with the factory image since we've tested them but after being imaged with SCCM and the proper drivers imported, they no longer function. They're detected in Device manager but that it's it. All of the instructions out there on the internet do not work. Installing Intel Video driver, Integrated Sensor Solution Driver, Webcam driver, etc. Manually removing, rebooting, updating. None of these work. And this is an issue with these webcams across many different Dell models. I've seen it happen on 9420s, 9430s, and now 9450s. I've seen it happen on XPS models. This is starting to be come needlessly complicated. Anyone have any solution?

Ok I was able to resolve it. I used this tool: https://github.com/lostindark/DriverStoreExplorer

Then I tracked down every camera related driver and force deleted them using the tool. Then I installed the camera driver, IO Driver, and Sensor Solution driver then rebooted.

We are experiencing the exact same issue across all our organization’s Latitude 7450 devices. Unfortunately, installing the latest drivers from the Dell website did not resolve the problem.

We are urgently seeking a solution to address this matter.

Save Below script as a .bat file and run it as administrator. after enter the Service Tag in Dell driver site download and install latest Camera and Display Driver. this works for me

@echo off
:: Batch script to force remove specific drivers in Windows 11

:: List of driver INF files to remove
set DRIVER_LIST=hm1092.inf iacamera64.inf iacamera64_extension_dell_diablo.inf iactrllogic64.inf iaisp64.inf Im3643.inf 02c10.inf vision.inf

:: Inform the user about the process
echo Starting driver removal process...

:: Loop through each driver in the list
for %%D in (%DRIVER_LIST%) do (
    echo Attempting to remove driver: %%D
    pnputil /delete-driver %%D /uninstall /force
    if %errorlevel%==0 (
        echo Successfully removed %%D
    ) else (
        echo Failed to remove %%D. It might not exist or is in use.
    )
    echo.
)

:: Completion message
echo Driver removal process completed.
pause

@Rexaa I've tried two other scripts with no success but I'll try this one. Thank you.

@Rexaa Unfortunately I don't think that worked.

Gave me that error for all the drivers listen in the script.
