Latitude e7250 keyboard/touchpad not working
Hi all, just picked up a Dell E7250. Must say it looks lovely, but having a little issue.
Currently awaiting an SSD to be delivered so cant get into Windows.
Issue is that the keyboard/touchpad is not working in BIOS.
With a uSB keyboard/mouse I can get into BIOS by pressing f2 when prompted. The fact that both are separate units and both aren't working loads me to think that it's a setting instead of simply being faulty.
Any ideas on BIOS settings that may get these working?

Have you tried going into the BIOS and resetting to default?
I am not sure what/how the two cables connect to the system board?
The cables could just be loose?

Yep have checked BIOS settings and reverted to defaults with no luck.
Also checked cables to make sure they are in correctly too. Just to note the onboard diagnostics show a KB/TP error and say check connection (or similar).
It might be that both are faulty, but as they are seperate my gut feeling was it was be unlucky for both to be gone at the same time. The unit looks physically fine so unless theres been some water damage just affecting these parts it would seem odd.
Was just seeing on any ideas for quick things to check before I pluck up and find a website for DELL spares.
