Low Battery Notification not working
Normally, when one uses a Windows 10 laptop, there is a prominent, middle-of-the-screen low battery warning that displays when the battery is below a certain user-set threshold. However, that doesn't happen to my battery, whether it's at critical or low battery, and the computer just shuts off (or, more accurately, hibernates) without warning. I've already set battery notification warnings to On within my Windows settings, and appropriate thresholds (5% critical, 10% low when plugged in, 15% low when on battery), and the notifications still won't pop up.
I remember actually receiving notifications a long time ago, but honestly I can't remember the exact time this started happening.
Any ideas on fixing this?

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

If the battery is 2 years old or more it could be failing. Lithium batteries can fail or weaken after only 18 months or 2 years. See all the info here- FAQ - Laptop battery articles - Dell Community

My laptop's never have this problem before, but from auto update something from system.
When appearing the warning sign about low battery, it shut off without any waiting time for plug-in or close/save the program. It's forced shut off.
SO ANNOYED!!!
Please let me know how to fix. Thank you
