Hello, I am a tech in a college.

I am experiencing in my workplace that multiple Latitude 5350 laptops are getting audio from laptop speaker, but no audio on Teams only. Sometimes it works in first launch, but does not work from second try.

It happens when I install the latest Realtek High Definition Audio Driver (VM8N9 / A08), or getting the latest Windows Updates.

I have been trying to research about the issue but it did not seem to be updated to the following article:

Has anyone noticed or experienced losing audio on Teams from Latitude 5350?
