Inspiron 15 -3552

Dears,

1. someone may help explaining me how I may upgrade ubuntu 16.04 from 14.04. I try several time via terminal and  updater utility unsuccefully. I read many posts and guides without result. I know this a commom problem but I also think an expertise can solve this issue.

• " I have solved cancelling the the above os 14.04 erasing the hd and installing another os linux. Everything is working well.":BigSmile:
