Linux on Dell xps8930 cannot see ssd drive
I installed an SSD drive as a second drive and the BOIS sees it but the OS (Linux Ubuntu) does not. It does not show up in /dev, nor does the disks utility see it. hparted doesn't see it either. What could be wrong?

It was just a matter of turning off RAID in the BIOS
