Problem instaling Kubuntu on Dell Inspiron 7567

I have a problem installing Kubuntu 18.10 on Dell Inspiron 7567 with last bios update. I tried to install the OS on the SSD where i have already installed Windows 10 and the problem is that when the instalation completes and i press Restart everything freezes also when i try to run the Live mode from the usb flash drive also freezes. The instalation media is USB 3.0 Sandisk Ultra 64GB if this is important. Can you tell me what is the problem ? I even tried with new 19.04 version but still having the same problem....

Specs of the machine are :

CPU-> I5 7300HQ

GPU-> Nvidia GTX1050 4GB model

SSD-> M.2 Samsung EVO 850 500GB

HDD-> stock 1TB HDD and the other specs are as usual for the model.
