SECURE BOOT OFF
18.04.3
http://releases.ubuntu.com/18.04/ubuntu-18.04.3-desktop-amd64.iso
If you broke your windows you will have to erase the drive and install from scratch.
Installing ALONGSIDE windows is the recommended approach.
SATA OPERATION for the drive should be AHCI not IRRT

Welcome to the Dell Community @thebuddha
If you do install Windows make sure to check your HDD/SSD firmware updates before installing Ubuntu.
Toshiba SSD's are notorious for that type of problem.

I just want ubuntu on my computer, no windows or other operating systems.
I disabled the secure boot but the problem still exists.
When I turn on the computer i get the "no bootable devices".
Do I need to reinstall the ubuntu? and if so what did I do wrong?
Thanks for your reply! (:

My Friend,
I've just bought a new Dell XPS 13 9370 and face the same problem. Have you found a way to solve the question and install only Ubuntu on your machine. If yes, would you mind sharing what's the Bios configuration for that?

Welcome to the Dell Community @Dornas
Disable "Secure Boot" and Enable "AHCI"
Best regards,
NOTE: There are laptops Dell sells that do not have the "AHCI" option in the BIOS!!!
Ubuntu cannot be installed on these models.
The XPS 9370 should have the option in the BIOS as there are drivers for Ubuntu 16.04 and 18.04 LTS on your support page.
