Is it possible to charge Alienware 13r2 over USB-C? I got a Razer Blade Stealth 45w USB-C charger but when i plug it in nothing happens.

Try installing this 2 drivers, the TI ThunderBolt Power Delivery Firmware Update Utility here and the Intel ThunderBolt Firmware Update Utility here.
