I really really need to know if it's possible to roll back to windows 7 on this machine, I cannot stand windows 10. I have tried the customization route and just cannot get it right, I just need to know if it's possible, if all the drivers are available & if the lighting & function keys etc will still all work in windows 7.

I have fair experience in formatting computers but this is the first 'flash' computer I've ever owned so I'm a bit nervous about stuffing it up.

Any help much appreciated thank you :)

W10 takes a bit of effort to like but moving back to W7 would screw a lot up. W10 works much better than W7.

If it is the UI your not too fond of try a third part software that emulates W7 UI. I have been using the freeware for years on my W10 and it works great.
