Just recieved alienware 15 R3 battery not charging stuck at 42% for 4 hrs. windows report plugged in and charging

Hi moppii,
Update the BIOS to the latest version in our website.
Also when you receive that "plugged in not charging" message enter the BIOS and check if the AC adapter is being recognized, if it does, check the wattage.
