Alienware M14X R2 Cache and Recovery Media problem
I've recently just purchased and Alienware m14x R2 laptop, and have met some problems regarding the cache and recovery media.
Using Intel RST, I tried to speed up my main HDD using the 32GB mSATA drive, but after I hit the 'OK" button, nothing happens and I got an unknown error from the program, and the option to accelerate disappears from the program until I restart the laptop .
Regarding the recovery media, I tried using AlienRespawn to create a Factory Backup to my USB Flash Drive. When plugged in, my laptop can detect the USB drive and I can use it normally, however, when trying to use it to as a location for Factory Backup, the program tells me to select a drive, but I did not get any options. Screenshots attached. On some occasions where I actually get to choose to backup, I get an error instead.
Can anyone assist me? Thanks!

Hello Hong Wei,
1. Check out this article about enabling the mSATA as a cache driver.
2. Uninstall and reinstall the Alien Respawn, under this link you can find some videos on how it works and how to create the backup.
