Boot Problem Alienware 17 R5 - 120hz screen - Black screen on boot
Hey, sometimes when I turn on my laptop, the Alienware screen logo don't show up, and then the laptop stay in a black screen forever. I have to keep the power button for a few seconds and kill the power, and turn on again.
Someone has the same problem??
I think that may happen because of the 120hz display.
My BIOS version is the A14.

I will recommend you to uninstall the video card driver and reinstall the latest version you find either in the Dell support site or in the NVidia website.

Already did that
Also, the alienware logo don't show up when I turn on the laptop. The notebook do not boot.
