Missing computer order
on 4/28 about 2 PM EDST I posted a order for a 4400 and went on vacation. I could not ordr sooner as I would be gone when system arrived. when I got home on 5/3 there was no record of my having placed an order. even the two shopping carts I had saved were gone. I priced another system identical to the one ordered and it was 287 bucks more. I filed a fax letter but no response as yet. any one else have a similiar experience. do we have a sucker 'um up here?
