New XPS 8910 tower won't wake up after sleep from keyboard or mouse
I have to use the power button. Has anyone experienced this? Did you find a solution?
Thanks for helping,
Dan

Version of Windows?
Reboot and IMMEDIATELY press F2 to open BIOS setup.
Look for an option "USB Wake" (or similar) and make sure it's ENabled. Be sure to save the change before exiting setup.
If that doesn't solve the problem (or USB Wake isn't listed in BIOS...
Now expand list under Human Interface Devices in Device Manager
Then go to the Windows Power options page
Reboot and see if problem is solved...

Thanks, Ron,
It's Windows 10. (I didn't specify it, since I thought all XPS 8910 came with Windows 10)
I appreciate your reply :-) I will let you know if it worked

The BIOS fix worked! (I didn't have to do anything with the Device Manager)
Thanks, again!

I enabled usb wake support (s3) on my machine.
This solved the issue.
Why is Dell sending machines out with this disabled?

No "Dunno" does not answer the question and is not helpful at all, in fact it is a waste of time..
