Dell doesn't support Win 7 on the Vostro 200. So what, if any, drivers did you install after loading Win 7, and is it 32- or 64-bit Win 7 because it looks like Dell only supported a 32-bit OS on this system
Go to the Intel download site and use their hardware scanner to look for Win 7 drivers for the chipset, Intel graphics, etc.
Then go to the video card manufacturer's site (eg, AMD or NVidia) and look for a Win 7 driver for your video card (if you have one).
For other installed hardware, Dell's 32-bit Vista drivers may -or not- work with Win 7 on this system, but since Dell only supported Vista 32-bit, they won't work if you installed 64-bit Win 7.
