Dell KM632 Keyboard & Mouse Combo not Working

Hi,

Today I have got Dell KM632 Keyboard and mouse combo and I tried to connect it several times but all the time I received same error message that "USB Device Not Recognized " in details it says one of the device is malfunctioned.

While troubleshoot it says that problem detected with unknown device and in details it shows something like issue with PnP and code error 43.

Please help
