[Graphics Issue] Issues With Configuring Switchable Graphics
Hi,
DELL Laptop Information
Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1
System Model: Vostro 3350
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2620M CPU @ 2.70GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.7GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
It seems that I have two graphics, but I have been using the Intel(R) HD Graphics instead of AMD Radeon HD 6490M.
(As seen below)
However, my 'dxdiag' report shows otherwise - I am still using Intel(R) HD Graphics.
(There is an attachment of 'dxdiag' report added.)
I have tried disabling the Intel(R) HD Graphics to force the system to use AMD Radeon instead. It does not work.
Also, I have tried to run the Setup F2/F12(Restart) in attempt to switch graphics, but it does not show me the BIOS.
If you have any other alternative solutions or any kinds of information you need, please let me know. Thank you very much & have a good day.
P.S: If I have posted in the wrong section of the forum, do let me know. I was little confused of where I should post this.
Thanks,
Berylac
