Help in Ordering an Internal KeyBoars

I have been trying for two days to order a replacement key board for my dell lattitude.  I have try the 800#, but the dell folks in India cannot seem to get this done.  can anyone help.

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

Dell US can only ship to a US address.  If you are located in India, then it would be best for you to contact Dell India.  I recommend that you use a number on Dell India's website.  The direct telephone number for Dell Spare Parts in the United States is 1-512-728-3500 X 69937

You know that is scary when a dell moderater can't help you...  I too have experience problems with my keyboard, and that is a sad that you have to talk to someone from idia who you can't understand and don't understand you.

 

A repair person had my laptop almost 6 months says he couldn't get the part....

I need a part to get my lap top to work... I only need the space bar part replaced....

Bob, if that is your real name, are you in India also?  Or have you been around them to long and now you don't understand english either.

I work at a laptop store so if you get me your model and sevice tag # off the bottom I can help you to get a keyboard.
