Keyboard problem Inspiron 3552
I have a dell inspiron 15 3552, problem with the Shift key block, this key has an LED that lights up when pressed, but my keyboard does not occur. What I can do?

The key block capital works, when pressed, I write in closed capital letter, the issue is on the LED indicator when and pressed that button does not light, the LED is on the same key block capital letters.
