laptop Screen problem

There seems to be problem with the LCD screen on your computer to confirm we will have to perform the ‘LCD BIST’ (Built in Self-test) on the computer. Please follow the steps mentioned below to run the “LCD BIST’.

1. Turn of the computer.
2. Press and hold down the ‘D’ key on the keyboard and press the Power button.
3. You will see different colors on the LCD screen. Please check if the color screen appear grainy.

Also, I would like to know after connecting the system to external monitor or TV did you press windows key + P to check if you are able to see the display from the laptop.

On holding down the D button And pressing the power button The screen look grainy

When i connect the laptop to external monitor through HDMI cable nothing appear on the Screen just no signal

So what i do next ?

I would like you to check again after connecting the system to external monitor or TV. Press windows key + P to check if you are able to see the display from the laptop.

I tried it again this time when i connected it to external lcd screen then dispaly appears, 

I opened my friend laptop and connected his screen onto my laptop and everything was okay and display was fine.

This mean there is aproblem with my laptop screen 

So, can u tell me how can i repair my screen or i have to buy a new one.

One thing i would like to notify u is that my screen has problem from a month and i used to shake the screen slightly to bring back the display BUt when my friend dropped the laptop from table bymistakely after that no display

So, if it is possible to repair my screen please tell me i will try and if after that i fail i will buy a new screen

The LCD seems to be faulty you will have to replace it. You will need to contact our out of warranty department for repairs at 1-800-288-4410 (US Only).
