5m dvi cable with 2405fpw?

Does anyone use this cable for 2405fpw?

http://www.cablestogo.com/product.asp?cat%5Fid=3304&sku=29530

It says 'DVI-D (digital) has a length limitation of 5 meters', but 2405fpw is single DVI and the res. is 1920x1200, which is larger than normal single DVI limite(1600x1200), I'm not sure if it works.
I have 7600gs with a dvi cable which came with 2405fpw is working fine now.

If you add a 5m extension to your existing cable, obviously you will exceed the spec. Since 1920x1200 is already pushing the limit of single link DVI, you may well have problems.
(The 1600x1200 limit includes allowance for the full blanking time. Larger monitors overcome this limitation by reducing the blanking interval)
A couple of good DVI articles:

Hi Gpro,

I pasted a wrong URL. I wanted to put a normal cable.
Anyway, thanks for the info. I've read the pages, and also googled '5m dvi' and found some people having issues. I decided to order a 3m cable.
Thanks again!
