HELP! Dell UP3214Q have a corner that is slightly lighter?!

I just got the UP3214Q delivered to me and the first thing that I noticed is that when the screen goes black (not off) the top left corner is slightly lighter in color. It's grey, not black. Is this something I can fix with software? Or should I return it immediately?

I'm running the latest version of OSX with the new Mac Pro.

    That's called backlight bleeding. You can try returning it, but it's likely that the next one will have a similar issue. Other people have complained about the same thing previously on these forums, but according to Dell's customer support people here, they don't consider blacklight bleeding to be an issue.

    * Go back to the top of this Monitor Forum
    * Open "FAQ Monitor"
    * Open "Dell Policy concerning Backlight (bleed) or Color variance"

    Bleeding is pretty common on WLED displays of no premium monitors, BUT IS FALSE that it is a common issue in GBLED photography monitor. There is chance to this fault, but it is unlikely.
    If you do not want that chance to happen, buy NEC Spectraview or Eizo Color Edge (1600€ euro 24" 1920x1200, 2200€ 27" 2560x1440,.. an so on).
    Return that dell for refund as soon as posible and get another unit.
