Monitor osd locks and unlocks every few seconds
My monitor randomly started displaying the lock icon in the middle of the screen. Only after a couple seconds it shows it as unlocked, then locked again. How do I completely disable this feature? It's super annoying.

What specific monitor model? What is the 20 digit serial number and A0x revision (label on rear) ? How long have you had the monitor before this issue started?

Some String of numbers on the bottom right: 740.A1G03.0001.ZL
SVC Tag: Service tag removed per privacy policy>
Express Service Code: Express service code removed per privacy policy>
This monitor looks very new. July 2016 is printed on the back of it. I got it beginning of October (so 1 month).

Manufactured on July 3, 2016. The UP3017 User's Guide page 46 =
* Open the OSD (On Screen Display)
* Go to Others
* Choose Factory Reset
* Go back to Menu
* Choose Lock, make sure it is set to Unlock

It's set to unlock. Seriosly every couple seconds it changes from lock to unlock. sometimes I get a couple minute break where there is nothing. but it locks and unlocks all the time.
