Monitor replacement coming; can I keep and return other to Dell?

Question

Well, I am thinking of either keeping the replacement and being charged 230ish or returning my old one since it is on the 21-day policy. Would Dell let me send back my first one for a refund since it is within 21-days? Is there a restocking fee and would they pay for shipping?
