P2723DE, change the standard language

By mistake I set the standard language of the P2723DE monitor to Japanese. How can I switch back to English? Using google translator it shows that the "menu" option is not selectable.

@DELL-Chris M Thanks Chris,

The points were

I wasn't able to read the OSD menu options in japanese. Fortunately the read with camera option of Google translator helped me to translate from japanese,
The "menu" option of the OSD list wasn't selectable. By chance I found that it became selectable after connecting the monitor to the pc.
At the end I succeeded in switching back to a more confortable english.

The "menu" option of the OSD list wasn't selectable

Correct. If a video cable is not corrected to the PC, all Dell monitors will generate the "No Cable" error messaging and the Menu OSD is not available. Error on my part because I thought the monitor was connected to the PC.
