S2240T, Dell Outlet, missing AC adaptor?
Purchased a Dell 22 inch touch monitor from the Dell outlet store. It was shipped without a power cord. When we purchased it, no one mentioned that we needed to buy a power cord and now dell is trying to sell us one when we call. Worst part is that I could buy the exact monitor new from a big box store for about $10 dollars more than I will end up paying after ordering this AC adaptor. Not pleased with Dell at all.

It should be free. The User's Guide states that we should ship those cables. Contact Technical Support. They need to send you =

Same thing happened to me. They said it doesn't come with it. I have a copy of a chat log where the customer service said every monitor comes with cables. I spent hours online getting passed around multiple departments. SAD. Can't find any on the internet either. I HAVE A BIG PAPERWEIGHT,

Just point Technical Support to the link to the manual, page 5. It clearly shows that both the AC adapter and the power cable should ship with the monitor.
