S2721DGFA, creating errors when fell asleep and woken

Hi, every time my monitor falls asleep and gets woken back up it always creates a weird corruption side effect such as a system/OS error.

For example, 1-2 weeks ago every time the monitor fell asleep it would cause a bug where the desktop would be blank. I wouldn't be able to see or click icons, neither would i be able to use my mouse.

My monitor fell asleep yesterday (I changed the sleep setting to off but somehow it turned back on) and now my cursor is moving really slow. I've changed the pointer speed but it's still pretty slow. Also I've tried updating all the drivers I can think of and it's still not fixed. Any way to resolve this issue and to stop it once and for all?

Update-Resolved by reinstalling the OS.

Can you replicate the issue when testing the S2721DGFA and same video cable on a different PC?

Just to determine it's an OS issue.

Restart the GPU driver whenever the issue happens again.

Win+Ctrl+Shift+B

If the monitor works fine after doing this, Remove GPU drivers and reinstall
