S2725DS, DisplayPort issues

I have had a S2725DS for just over a year running off the DisplayPort.

Last night the DisplayPort stopped working. I restarted my Mac mini and tested on my Mac book but no joy.

I have factory reset the monitor, tried something I found on here about removing cables powering off and holding the power button for 8 seconds.

Today I purchased a new DisplayPort cable and still no joy. HDMI works fine

Anyone got any clues?

Check the warranty status HERE by inserting the private Service Tag number.

Is there any other computers there with DP out to test?

Are you saying that the MacBook Pro had DP out port?

Since the removal of the power cable and pressing the power button for 8 seconds did not resolve the issue, the S2725DS could be faulty. If still under warranty, click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private S2725DS Service Tag with them and all of your troubleshooting.
