SE2417HGX, locked buttons

Hello, I've just bought Dell 24" SE2417HGX. And I have an issue with buttons. On the first screen is language menu that appears every time I turn on the monitor. On the second screen you can see what happens if I click ANY button on the rim of the monitor. On the third screen you can see, that my laptop can see this monitor.

I'll indicate it in advance that:

1) I have done "Hard reset". Nothing was changed.

1) I have filled out the Service Tag number Ownership Transfer form.

2) Windows doesn't appear on the screen

3) I have been pressing "Exit" button for 10 seconds

4) My Laptop specs:

PC MODEL: MSI GF63 Tihin 8RC5

Graphic Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050

Graphic Card connects to the monitor via HDMI cable. (sorry, i dont understand the scheme in FAQ)

5) Operating system - Windows 10.

Jorgeous_Jorje,

Could be a faulty HDMI cable. Is there another HDMI cable to test? Also, test both of the SE2417HGX HDMI in ports.

Note, the SE2417HGX AMD FreeSync monitor is NOT on the list of Dell AMD FreeSync monitors that also support Nvidia G-Sync. Click here.

J orgeous_Jorje,

Did you test both of the SE2417HGX HDMI in ports?

Have you tested this SE2417HGX on a different PC?

I first used the HDMI cable that was in SE2417HGX box, but now I am testing another HDMI cable and nothing changes.

Yeah, I have just tried to connect it to my friends laptop - no image. And yes, I have tried all HDMI in ports. As I understand, even if G-Sync isn't supported, my CPU video chip has to show an image.
