SE2717H, RX 5700 XT, input timing not supported, #2

So, before about yesterday I’ve had the same notification pop up when I was starting up my computer everyday. But I would always be able to still run windows and run my computer perfectly fine.

Yesterday when I went to update my GPU drivers due to crashing, black screen, reboot situation, I was prompted to restart my computer to finish the installation. Now the notification is stagnant on the screen and I am not able to login or load windows.

i have a suspicion that it was because I changed the computer resolution to 1440p and hour or two before updating. But I would not know how to get into my computer now to change it.

Any help would be appreciated
